I Purpose of Machine Tool
This machine tool is used in processing various kinds of curve-tooth bevel gears below:
1. Curve-tooth bevel gears;
2. Curve-tooth bevel gears whose axis included angle is equal to or not equal to 90.
II Structural Characteristics
The working cradle structure is replaced by the straight-line linkage of the sliding plate type reciprocating (Y-directional) and upright post horizontal-moving (X-directional) and the work piece box is adopted as servo drive and X-Y-Z-directional linkage, thus the mill cutting and gear separating functions are realized accordingly.

In addition, the cutting tool spindle and work piece spindle both adopt the high-precision bearing, so as to achieve higher moving precision. Besides, owing to adopting the digital menu mode, this machine tool is convenient for adjusting, calculating and operating through the program-controlled automatic adjustment.
